Čara, Island of Korcula: Traditional Stone House consist of 2 Halves

This charming stone house is located in Čara, on the idyllic island of Korcula. It legally comprises three contiguous lots – two duplex houses and an approximately 96m2 lot with parking for approximately three vehicles – which are being sold exclusively as one unit. Čara is a picturesque village on the island of Korcula in Croatia. Known for its vineyards and olive groves, Čara offers visitors a tranquil and authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
